Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification endorses a candidate’s ability to plan, implement & troubleshoot enterprise networks on a local as well as wide-area scale. It also validates the certifier’s expertise in collaborating on advanced video, voice, wireless and security solutions. 

The prerequisites to this course include the CCNA Routing and Switching certification or any Cisco CCIE certification. Further, below specializations are offered:

To become a CCNP Professional, one has to give three exams:

1. 642-902 ROUTE

2. 642-813 SWITCH

3. 642-832 TSHOOT

Equipped with this certification, candidates go on to tackle enterprise roles like systems engineer, network engineer, network technician, support engineer etc.
